Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing – Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

- Provide training and practical guidance to B.Sc. Nursing students/trainees.

- Conduct theoretical and practical nursing training sessions.

- Develop and deliver training modules, lesson plans, and learning materials.

- Demonstrate proper nursing procedures, clinical practices, and patient-care techniques.

- Monitor students’ performance and provide regular feedback.

- Conduct assessments, practical evaluations, and skill-based training.

- Ensure adherence to nursing standards, clinical protocols, and safety guidelines.

- Coordinate with faculty/clinical staff to ensure effective training and learning outcomes.

Requirements

- B.Sc. Nursing qualification is mandatory.





- 5–7 years of relevant experience in nursing/clinical training.

- Robust knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical practices.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to handle and train students/trainees effectively.

- Practical clinical experience will be an added advantage.

- Responsible, professional, and disciplined approach toward training.
