Key Responsibilities

1. PCB Testing & Validation: Perform functional, voltage, and load testing on bare and assembled inverter control/power boards (SMD and through-hole).
2. Fault Diagnosis & Debugging: Identify component-level failures (MOSFETs, IGBTs, driver ICs, DSP/microcontroller circuits, diodes, capacitors) using circuit schematics.
3. Test Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate Digital Storage Oscilloscopes (DSO), multi-meters, DC programmable power supplies, LCR meters, and electronic AC/DC loads.
4. Rework & Soldering: Carry out precise SMD and through-hole desoldering/rework for faulty components during debugging.
5. Quality & Documentation: Maintain detailed test logs, failure analysis reports (FAR),



and yield data to support continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics (EEE), or Instrumentation.
2. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of power electronics topology (inverters, DC-DC converters, transformer circuits, and gate driver circuits).
3. Hands-on Skills: Proficiency in schematic reading, waveform analysis, and manual soldering/rework.
4. Experience: 1+ years of direct experience in testing inverter, UPS, SMPS, or power electronics PCBAs.
