- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Work Type: 70% in-store support, 30% local field visits
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktops and laptops.
- Install Windows OS, drivers, and standard software.
- Configure LAN, routers, IP addresses, network sharing, and cable crimping.
- Install and support printers, CCTV, biometric devices,
- Provide in-store, remote, and in office customer support
