Job SummaryBest Properties is looking for a skilled Network Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, network, servers, and security systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network administration, server management, Active Directory, and troubleshooting.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, downtime, and latency issues.
- Manage Windows/Linux Servers, backups, and system uptime.
- Administer Active Directory, Domain Services, Organizational Units (OU), users, permissions, and Group Policies.
- Manage DNS, DHCP, domains, hosting, and email systems.
- Handle spam filtering, spam blocks, email security, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Support CRM systems, cloud services, VoIP, CCTV/IP cameras, and business applications.




- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for technical issues and upgrades.
- Maintain network documentation and ensure IT security best practices.

Preferred • Experience in real estate CRM systems or lead management tools • Knowledge of VoIP systems and call tracking setups • Exposure to digital marketing tracking (Google/Facebook integrations) • Basic scripting (Bash / Shell/ Python) • Rapid learning environment with real-world problem solving
