*Key Responsibilities:*

* Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

* Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.

* Check the quality of spices during *cleaning, grinding, mixing, and packing*.

* Conduct regular quality inspections and sampling.

* Maintain batch-wise quality records and inspection reports.

* Identify quality issues and take corrective action.

* Monitor hygiene and cleanliness in the production area.

* Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials and finished goods.

* Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance Departments on quality-related issues.

* Monitor product weight, packaging, labeling, and batch details.

* Handle customer complaints related to product quality and report findings.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.

* Prepare daily and monthly quality reports for management.

* Reduce rejection, wastage, and quality-related losses.

* Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures.
