Job Description — Web Developer, Meta Ads & AI Workflow Specialist

Location: Full-Time, Office Based

Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM

Experience: 3–5 Years Minimum

About the Role

We are looking for a multi-skilled Web Developer & Digital Marketing/AI Workflow Specialist who can take ownership of our website, Meta advertising campaigns, lead-generation systems, and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

? Web Development

- Develop, maintain and optimize websites and landing pages.

- Improve website speed, user experience and conversion rates.

- Integrate forms, CRM, tracking pixels and third-party tools.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement new website features.

? Meta Advertisements

- Plan, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

- Create and optimize campaigns for leads, registrations and sales.

- Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions and overall campaign performance.

- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences and ad copy.

- Work closely with the content and sales team to improve lead quality.

? AI & Workflow Automation

- Build and manage AI-powered workflows for marketing and business operations.





- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated using AI and no-code/low-code tools.

- Connect CRM, website, Meta Ads, WhatsApp and other platforms.

- Use AI tools to improve lead management, follow-ups, content and reporting.

- Continuously research and implement useful AI tools for business growth.

What We Are Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge of website development and digital marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

- Understanding of tracking, pixels, analytics and conversion funnels.

- Experience with AI tools and workflow automation.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills are a MUST.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

- Willingness to work full time from the office.
