n Position: Manager – Special Accounts (On Premise) - Pune
n As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and building brand presence across high-end bars, premium restaurants, starred hotels, clubs, and other prestigious on-premise venues.
n Key Responsibilities:
n ✔ Develop and manage relationships with premium on-premise accounts
n ✔ Drive distribution, visibility, and sales growth across key outlets
n ✔ Execute sales and promotional strategies to increase market share




n ✔ Plan and deliver impactful brand activations and consumer engagement programs
n ✔ Train and educate bartenders, servers, and venue teams on our brands
n ✔ Track industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences
n ✔ Analyze sales performance and provide actionable market insights
n What We're Looking For:
n ✅ Strong experience in the Alcobev industry
n ✅ Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
n ✅ Passion for premium brands and consumer experiences
n ✅ Willingness to travel extensively and work during events and late evenings when required
