Job Description Role Overview
n An Illustrator will play a pivotal role in bringing creative concepts to life through exceptional illustration and design expertise. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a robust sense of storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into captivating visuals. As a senior member of the creative team, the Senior Illustrator will also mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality illustrations that align with the brand's vision and goals. This position is ideal for someone passionate about creating unique, trend-forward visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
n Key Responsibilities
n ● Combining hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustrations
n ● Refining designs with illustration software using various colors, graphics and effects to better convey each concept
n ● Obtaining design approval through the submission of rough arrangements/layouts/ sketches of ideas from your senior management.




n ● Executing design concepts based on illustration on apparel & accessories (T-shirts, dresses, shirts, shoes, etc.) for licensed merch like Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, Friends, etc. Non-licensed merch and client projects.
n Skills & Qualifications
n ● Proficient with different design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
n ● A strong portfolio of illustration in a similar industry.
n ● Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
n ● Drawing skills with an attention to detail.
n ● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams and colleagues as necessary.
n ● A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
n ● Team Management with the ability to prioritise & handle multiple projects to meet Deadlines. Education & Experience -
n ● 4-8 years of experience designing for an apparel brand or similar.
n ● Bachelor of Fine Art/ Design or related field.
