Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. The position demands proactive identification and resolution of operational issues, along with managing delivery aspects to support business continuity and efficiency. The Operations Engineer plays a vital role in maintaining system stability and supporting the overall operational framework within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with operational goals and service level agreements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and security management.
- Strong knowledge of database architecture, installation, configuration, and patching.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and implement effective solutions.




- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline database administration tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
