Job Description: Job Title: Technical Lead – F&D; / NPD / R&D;

Location: Kalol, Gandhinagar
Experience: 6 to 7 years
Salary: ₹10 – ₹15 LPA (Based on experience & capability)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead formulation of skincare, haircare, and personal care products based on market trends and client briefs.

- Oversee development of lab samples, pilot batches, stability studies, and compatibility checks.

- Coordinate closely with packaging, quality, production, and regulatory teams for successful product development and scale-up.

- Conduct ingredient research, maintain formulation data, and manage lab documentation.

- Ensure compliance with national and international cosmetic regulations.

- Manage innovation pipeline and recommend cost-effective and sustainable product solutions.

- Supervise the team of chemists/formulators and ensure timely project execution.





Qualifications:

- Education: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech / M.Tech in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field

- Experience: Minimum 6 years in formulation or R&D; in cosmetics, personal care, or pharma industry

- Knowledge: Solid understanding of emulsions, gels, lotions, serums, natural & active ingredients

Key Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of cosmetic formulation techniques

- Exposure to NPD lifecycle from concept to commercialization

- Awareness of FDA, BIS, and global cosmetic regulations

- Proficiency in lab operations and documentation

- Team leadership, time management, and communication skills
