Job Description:

A reputed steel and power sector company engaged in large-scale manufacturing and energy operations is hiring an HR professional to manage human resource functions, workforce coordination, and statutory compliance. - Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, bonus, and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support industrial relations and coordination with plant workforce.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower data,



and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
- Assist in training, induction, and performance appraisal activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, company rules, and workplace discipline.
- Candidates with experience in steel, power, or manufacturing industry HR preferred.
