Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Accounting to oversee end-to-end accounting transactions and monthly financial closings. The ideal candidate will manage a team of professionals, ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial operations, and support management with timely data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process vendor bills and reconcile vendor statements
* Perform bank entries and reconciliations
* Handle credit card entries and reconciliations
* Manage payroll processing and payroll accounting
* Prepare and mail customer invoices
* Reconcile accounts receivable and revenue
* Maintain document checklists, client reports, and libraries
* Review bookkeeping and accounting done by subordinates




* Calculate and file sales tax returns
* Handle month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and deferred revenue
* Assist in internal communications and resolve routine queries
* Prepare and review financial statements
* Manage client billing (especially hourly clients)
* Collect key operational data as needed (e.g. work planners, checklists)
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with ISO/IEC:27001 guidelines

Educational Qualifications:

Preferred Degrees:

* MBA (Finance)
* M.Com
* CA (Inter or Final)
* ACCA / CPA
