About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Account Manager who can manage client accounts, social media, and digital marketing activities while leveraging AI tools to improve creativity, efficiency, research, and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client communication, requirements, approvals, and relationships.
- Plan and manage social media content, calendars, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with content, design, video, and performance marketing teams.
- Use AI tools for content creation, research, ideation, competitor analysis, reporting, and automation.
- AI-assisted image and video creation
- Prompt engineering and effective AI prompting
- Monitor social media and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools,



digital marketing trends, and social media platforms.
- Manage multiple accounts and ensure timely delivery of all client requirements.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Account Management / Social Media Management.
- Strong client communication and project-management skills.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar tools.
- Creative, analytical, proactive, and willing to experiment with new technologies.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI content/image/video generation tools
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Experience creating AI-powered marketing workflows or automations
