This role is ideal for a highly organized project manager who can coordinate multiple marketing campaigns, creative assets, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Acting as the central point of contact, you will ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while proactively resolving risks and production challenges.

Ensure campaigns launch on time and meet all quality and technical requirements
Identify campaign blockers and production issues, escalating risks when required
Coordinate with internal and external partners to source campaign assets and key art
Manage asset workflows across intake, design production, review, and final delivery
Review and validate asset packages against creative, technical, and campaign specifications
Coordinate the delivery of final creative assets for trafficking
Maintain campaign trackers, project documentation, and regular status reports
Collaborate with marketing, creative, design, production, and other cross-functional teams
Communicate campaign progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers clearly
Support automation and technology-led improvements to increase efficiency and scalability




Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skilled experience
~2+ years of experience in digital production, project management, marketing operations, or a related field
~ Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
~ Experience working with cross-functional and external stakeholder teams
~ Strong project planning, prioritization, and documentation capabilities
~ Strong written and verbal communication skills
~ Basic understanding of digital advertising and campaign workflows
~ Experience in digital advertising or marketing operations
Experience managing creative production and digital assets
Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Asana
Experience with Salesforce or similar campaign and trafficking systems
Experience working with data, operational metrics, and reporting
Proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving operational challenges

Collaborate with marketing, creative, design, production, and operational teams
Gain exposure to large-scale campaign and creative asset workflows
Play an important role in delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality customer experiences
