n Reports To: Nursing Superintendent
n Employment Type: Full-Time
n Open Positions: 8 ( eight)
Qualification n n GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
n Valid State Nursing Council Registration
n 1–4 years of clinical nursing experience
n Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
n Job Summary n The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering protected, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities n n Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
n Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by consultants.
n Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and progress.
n Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
n Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
n Ensure adherence to infection control,



patient safety, and NABH standards.
n Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge care.
n Coordinate with doctors and allied healthcare teams for continuity of care.
n Maintain cleanliness, safety, and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.
n Participate in departmental training, quality initiatives, and continuous learning.
