Job Description Role Overview
n As an Interior Design Lead, you will drive design excellence while managing a team of designers and multiple residential interior projects. You will ensure high-quality design delivery, seamless customer experience, and strong execution aligned with Livspace standards.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead and manage a team of 6–10 Interior Designers
n Oversee 12–15 projects month-on-month from concept to handover
n Conduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3D design approvals
n Ensure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelines
n Handle client interactions, presentations, and escalations
n Collaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless delivery
n Conduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspects
n n What We're Looking For
n n 5–8+ years of experience in residential interior design
n Proven experience in team handling and project management
n Robust expertise in modular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions)
n Excellent communication and client-facing skills
n Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
