Job Description The Creative Associate will be responsible for developing high-quality creatives and videos for social media, marketplace listings, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and overall brand communication.
n Key Responsibilities
n ● Design static posts, Reels, short-form videos, and stories for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc
n ● Develop creative concepts aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and social trends.
n ● Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetic style.
n ● Create product infographics, banners, and listing creatives for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.
n ● Maintain uniform branding across all marketplace assets.
n ● Work with the marketing and catalog teams to improve product presentation.
n ● Design high-conversion flyers, GIFs, and visuals for email and WhatsApp marketing.
n ● Maintain clarity, visual hierarchy, and strong messaging in campaign designs.
n ● Support the marketing calendar with timely creative deliverables.




n ● Contribute to brand identity development including typography, color palette, and visual elements.
n ● Maintain a consistent brand language across all mediums.
n ● Assist in packaging design, brochures, lookbooks, and promotional collaterals.
n Good to have:
n ● 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or a similar role (preferably in lifestyle, D2C, fashion brands).
n ● Strong visual and aesthetic sense aligned with modern lifestyle brands.
n ● Proficiency in design and video software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects, Canva, etc.
n ● Experience in creating short-form content and Reels is a must.
n ● Understanding of social media communication and digital design trends.
n ● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
n ● Strong attention to detail and consistency.
n ● A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory.
