Job Description Junior Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

n ABOUT THE ROLE
n We are looking for a Project Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day project execution, contractor and vendor coordination, client handling, project planning, site management, and timely project delivery.
n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n • Manage commercial interior fit-out projects from site mobilization through final handover.
n • Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and daily site activities.
n • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
n • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
n • Monitor daily site progress, workmanship, safety, and material requirements.
n • Coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, MEP, furniture, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.
n • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution.
n • Check BOQs, measurements, contractor bills, and variation requirements.
n • Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates.
n • Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
n • Maintain project documentation, site reports, measurements, and progress records.
n • Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
n • Manage multiple project activities/sites when required.
n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
n • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.




n • 3–5 years of total professional experience.
n • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
n • Strong hands-on experience in commercial interior site execution.
n • Experience in contractor and vendor coordination.
n • Good understanding of BOQs, measurements, billing, material planning, and project documentation.
n • Experience coordinating civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, furniture, joinery, and finishing works.
n • Valuable client coordination and communication skills.
n • Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.
n • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
n • Must be located within commuting distance of Gurugram, Haryana.
