Team Leader – Pre-Sales / Outbound Sales
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and role fit
We are looking for a Team Leader – Pre-Sales / Outbound Sales to manage a high-performance calling team and drive measurable sales outcomes.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing outbound sales teams, managing sales funnels and consistently delivering against conversion and revenue targets.
Own team-level sales targets, conversion metrics and overall performance.
Monitor the complete sales funnel — calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions and closures.
Track daily and weekly KPIs and take corrective action to improve performance.
Coach team members on sales conversations, objection handling, follow-ups and closing.
Work closely with management to deliver agreed business outcomes.
2+ years of experience managing outbound sales/calling teams , preferably in a call-centre, BPO or telesales environment.
~ Strong track record of managing teams against sales targets and KPIs .
~ Fluent Hindi communication skills are required.
~ Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion and follow-up processes.
~ Highly performance-oriented with a solid sense of ownership and urgency.
~ Excellent coaching, team-management and communication skills.
~ Candidates from any sales-led industry are welcome.
