- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential driver/vehicle partners.
- Explain onboarding process, offers, incentives, and required documents.
- Follow up with interested partners and help them complete onboarding.
- Convert leads into successful registrations and first trips.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Update partner status accurately in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Coordinate with ground and operations teams for pending cases.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Basic computer, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Confident and convincing communication.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
