Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the right pet food, treats, grooming products, toys, and accessories based on their pets' needs.
- Execute in-store marketing activities.
- Increase footfall through local marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
- Build long-term relationships with pet parents by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Promote recent product launches, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
