Job SummaryWe are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Service Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for every customer.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome customers professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Explain menu items and recommend dishes when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-office team for smooth service.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for customers.
- Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
- Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
- Follow hygiene, food-safety, and grooming standards.




- Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
- Maintain proper communication with supervisors and other team members.
- RequirementsPrevious restaurant/cafe experience preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player with good discipline and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
