We’re looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead who can build and execute SEO strategies, lead a small team, and drive organic growth for our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute on-page, off-page & technical SEO strategies.
- Lead and mentor the SEO team while managing daily tasks.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve organic rankings, traffic, and overall website performance.
- Plan content strategy with the content/design team.
- Track SEO performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and prepare monthly reports.
- Identify new growth opportunities and implement data-driven SEO initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Experience leading an SEO team is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals & backlink strategies.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
