- Operate and monitor machines like JCB, grinders, cranes, and other site equipment
- Ensure proper usage and safety of all machinery on site
- Perform repair and maintenance of construction tools, machinery, and equipment
- Conduct daily checks and basic servicing of machines
- Coordinate with site engineers and workers for smooth operations
- Identify and report any machine issues or breakdowns
- Ensure timely completion of work using machines
Requirements
- Experience in handling construction machinery (JCB, crane, grinder, etc.)
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Basic understanding of machine safety and operations
- Ability to work in office and coordinate with teams
- ITI / Diploma or relevant experience preferred
