Job Description:

- Team Leadership: Supervise and train packaging operators, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.

- Operational Oversight: Ensure the productive and timely packaging of products, coordinating schedules and workflows to meet production goals.

- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout the packaging process, performing inspections to maintain product integrity and prevent damage.

- Safety Compliance: Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, providing training, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory guidelines.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of packaging materials, coordinating with the procurement department to ensure sufficient supplies.

- Process Improvement:



Analyze packaging processes, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource use.

- Troubleshooting: Resolve operational issues, problems, and bottlenecks that arise during the packaging process to minimize disruptions and ensure on-time delivery.

- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain packaging reports, production metrics, safety documentation, and other required records.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise and coordinate with other departments, such as production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and communication.
