Job Description we are hiring an experienced Project Manager (Civil) for Construction of Balance Components of Soorghat Station, Secant Pile.
n Location: Soorghat, Delhi NCR
Experience n n 12–18+ years in civil/infrastructure construction.
n Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager.
n Mandatory experience in Metro, Railway, Elevated Corridor, Underground Station, Bridge, Tunnel, or Large Infrastructure Projects .
n Experience with DMRC/NCRTC/RVNL/NHAI/Indian Railways projects will be preferred.
n Qualification n n B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
n PMP/M.Tech will be an added advantage.
n Key Responsibilities n n Overall planning, execution, and completion of the project.
n Manage station civil works, secant piling, VUP, finishing, and PEB works.
n Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
n Monitor project schedule, quality, safety, cost, and progress.
n Ensure compliance with contract specifications and project milestones.
n Prepare project reports and resolve technical and execution issues.
n Required Skills n n Robust knowledge of RCC, foundations, secant piling, VUP, finishing, and PEB works.
n Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project , AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
n Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n Sound knowledge of QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and construction methodologies.
