Job Description Senior Operations Manager – Medical Devices

n Shift: 12 PM – 11 PM
n Qualification: Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
n Experience: 12+ Years
n Are you a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the Medical Devices industry and a proven track record of managing large-scale operations? We are looking for a energetic Senior Operations Manager to drive operational excellence.
n Key Responsibilities
n Lead end-to-end global Product Quality Complaint (PQC) operations for a team of approximately 200+ professionals.
n Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, CAPA governance, and quality performance across complaint management processes.
n Manage customer escalations and build strong stakeholder and client relationships.
n Drive operational transformation through automation, AI, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.




n Lead strategic governance programs and support regulatory inspections and audits.
n Deliver business outcomes by achieving KPIs, SLAs, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
n Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
n Required Experience
n 12+ years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, preferably in a Medical Devices BPO setting.
n 8–10+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale global operations.
n Strong expertise in:

n Post Market Surveillance (PMS)
n Vigilance
n Quality & Customer Quality Operations
