Job Description We are looking for experienced Executive Search skilled with 10+ years of experience in managing leadership and senior-level mandates across Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Chemicals, and Manufacturing sectors.
n The candidates will be responsible for delivery of senior leadership assignments, client management and building long-term client relationships.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage end-to-end Executive Search and Leadership Hiring mandates for clients across relevant industry sectors.
n Understand client requirements, organization structures, business objectives, and leadership needs to develop effective search strategies.
n Strong exposure to sectors such as Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Industrial, or allied sectors.
n Lead searches for Senior Management, Business Heads, Functional Heads, CXO and Leadership positions.
n Drive client management and stakeholder engagement.
n Build and maintain a strong network of senior professionals across Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Chemical, and Manufacturing sectors.
n New client acquisition, and expansion of existing accounts.
n Lead and mentor junior researchers / consultants involved in search assignments.
n Track market intelligence, competitor organizations, talent pools,



and industry movements to strengthen search delivery.
n n Candidate Profile
n n 10+ years of experience, with substantial experience in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring.
n Mandatory: Prior experience with an Executive Search / Leadership Consulting firm.
n Proven experience handling permanent recruitment mandates, particularly senior and leadership positions.
n Demonstrated capability in client management and senior stakeholder engagement.
n Strong understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, competitor mapping, and leadership talent pools.
n Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
n Strong professional network and ability to engage with senior-level candidates.
n Ability to independently manage multiple mandates and deliver assignments within agreed timelines.
