n Project Planning & Operational Readiness
n
n n Convert approved sales and design briefs into detailed execution plans.
n Coordinate manpower plans, timelines, procurement schedules, and production plans.
n Ensure all resources are available before project commencement.
n Liaison with inhouse warehouse for smooth operations of required inventory and material on site.
n n
n Production Management & Quality Control
n
n Sampling, production workflows, inventory utilization, and quality standards
n Ensure all floral products are delivered as per approved design specifications.
n
n Logistics & Site Execution
n
n Oversee dispatch planning, transportation, site deliveries, setup schedules, and dismantling
n Coordinate between warehouse and site teams to ensure timely execution.
n
n Team Leadership & Freelancer Management
n
n Lead a team of approximately 6 full time employees and manage freelancers, labour teams, and supervisors.
n Allocate resources efficiently across projects and build execution capability.
n
n Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
n
n Build systems,



trackers, SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and workflows that improve visibility, accountability, and scalability.
n Eliminate bottlenecks and reduce dependency on individuals.
n Vendor onboarding and relationships.
n
n Cost Management & Margin Protection
n
n Monitor logistics, production, and procurement costs.
n Optimize resource utilization while supporting project profitability and approved margins.
n
n Vendor & Resource Management
n
n Manage suppliers, transporters, freelancers, labour contractors, and production partners. Monitor performance, pricing, quality, and reliability.
n
n Cross-Functional Support to Sales & Design Teams
n
n Act as the operational partner for Sales and Design.
n Provide execution feasibility, cost inputs, manpower planning, and operational solutions during pitching and project planning stages.
n
n
n Preferred candidate profile
n
n Minimum 5 years of experience in weddings/events/film production/hospitality & housekeeping
