n Job Summary
n We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are fluent in English and Punjabi and are interested in building a career in language interpretation and customer support. This is an excellent opportunity to work with U.S.-based clients in a professional and multicultural setting.
n As a Language Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between English-speaking representatives and Punjabi-speaking customers through real-time interpretation. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand interpretation techniques, client processes, and quality standards.

n Key Responsibilities
n n Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between English and Punjabi during customer interactions.
n Facilitate effective communication between U.S.-based clients and Punjabi-speaking customers.
n Accurately interpret conversations without adding, omitting, or altering information.
n Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information and sensitive conversations.
n Preserve the tone, intent, and cultural context of the conversation during interpretation.
n Follow company policies, quality standards, and client-specific guidelines.
n Participate in training sessions, quality reviews, and coaching programs to continuously improve performance.
n Develop knowledge of interpretation best practices, industry terminology, and cultural nuances.
n Work collaboratively with Team Leads and Quality teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

n Required Skills & Qualifications
n n Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Punjabi .




n Strong listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
n Good memory retention and the ability to understand and relay information accurately.
n Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused during conversations.
n Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office and internet applications.
n Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
n A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

n Educational Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
n Language certification or formal training in interpretation will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

n Work Environment
n n Night shift supporting PST (U.S. time zones).
n Work-from-office (Noida).
n Use of headsets, interpretation software, CRM tools, and secure communication systems.
