Job Description As Project Manager - PM, you will be responsible for the complete project scheduling, monitoring
n and project management from the 10%-100% stage, ensuring that the project is executed by
n various vendors as per the design inputs and on time.
n Responsibilities:
n ● Coordinating with Vendors and Purchase Team to ensure works are completed timely on sites.
n ● Make a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keep all stakeholders including the Client updated of advancements in the project.
n ● Red flag delays and prepare catch up plans.
n ● Prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) to be sent to the customers.
n ● Understand drawings(2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc).
n ● Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.
n ● Ensuring execution and design match at all times.
n ● Validate drawings, BOQ & site.
n ● Auditing the site work by doing regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely.
n ● Ensuring that all quality and timeline related requirements are met.




n ● Single point of contact for customers during the project execution stage.
n ● Effectively communicating with clients, designers and other stakeholders to resolve issues if any.
n ● Updating of project trackers & summaries.
n ● Keeping client satisfaction in mind and ensuring you meet their expectations in terms of
n timeline and quality of work.
n Requirements:
n ➢ 3 years of minimum experience in the modular furniture and residential interiors industry.
n ➢ The candidate must have positive knowledge with regards to measurement standards and hardware standards in the modular furniture industry.
n ➢ Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.
n ➢ Extremely high level of ownership and learning aptitude.
n ➢ Candidate must be proficient in English.
n ➢ Candidate must have a two-wheeler and he must be comfortable in travelling on an
n average 40 km per day.
