n n Act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for all group projects.
n Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all hospitality projects.
n Manage current hotel developments, renovations, expansions, conversions, and refurbishments.
n Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines.
n Drive project execution from concept to handover.
n n 2. Timely Delivery of Projects
n n Ensure all projects are delivered within committed timelines.
n Develop project schedules, critical paths, and milestone trackers.
n Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays.
n Implement corrective action plans to recover timelines.
n Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings.

n n Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.
n Establish project cost controls and budget monitoring mechanisms.
