n Key Responsibilities
n n 10+ years of overall IT industry experience.
n 5+ years managing enterprise application, cloud, or ServiceNow engagements.
n Proven experience leading medium-to-large ServiceNow implementation and managed services engagements.
n Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams.
n Strong understanding of project financials, commercial governance, and customer management.
n Valuable Understanding of multiple modules like, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB & Discovery
n PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
n ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
n ServiceNow CSA certification desirable.
n ServiceNow CIS certifications are an added advantage.
