? Role Overview We are looking for a results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to drive the adoption and expansion of innovative IoT solutions across different customer and market segments.

The role will focus on revenue growth, channel expansion, distributor management, strategic partnerships and building a strong market presence.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

✅ Lead, mentor and manage sales teams

✅ Identify and onboard distributors, retail counters and channel partners

✅ Drive product availability, visibility and market expansion

✅ Build relationships with key accounts and strategic partners

✅ Manage sales forecasting, pipelines and performance tracking

✅ Lead negotiations and close strategic business deals

✅ Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and brand-building

✅ Analyze market trends, competitors and customer insights





✅ Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows

✅ Prepare sales reports, forecasts and growth plans for leadership

? Mandatory Requirements

✔ 5–6 years of sales experience

✔ Minimum 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role

✔ Experience in Consumer Electronics, IoT Devices, Consumer Durables or similar industries preferred

✔ Strong understanding of Channel Sales & Distribution Networks

✔ Experience in market expansion and territory management

✔ Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills

✔ Willingness to travel for business development and client engagement

⭐ For Chennai/Pondicherry candidates: Robust knowledge of the local business/channel market is preferred.
