We are looking for a qualified and responsible Portable X-Ray Technician to provide on-site X-ray services at clients' locations. The technician will travel to client locations using company-owned vehicles, perform X-rays according to scheduled bookings, and ensure all procedures are carried out safely, professionally, and in compliance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations using the company-provided vehicle as per the daily booking schedule.
- Set up and operate portable X-ray equipment at the client's location.
- Perform X-ray examinations as prescribed and booked.
- Verify patient/client details and ensure the correct examination is performed.
- Follow radiation safety procedures and maintain appropriate safety standards.
- Handle and transport portable X-ray equipment carefully.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the equipment.
- Ensure images are of suitable diagnostic quality and upload/transfer them according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of examinations and client visits.
- Communicate professionally with clients,
patients, doctors, and company staff.
- Report any equipment issues, delays, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow the assigned route and booking schedule and arrive at client locations on time.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification/certification as an X-Ray/Radiology Technician.
- Valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
