Job Summary

TCS is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Technical, Integration & Testing Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM, integrations, reporting, and testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday solutions while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support Workday HCM integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services.
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules and business processes.
- Design and develop reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Perform SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Integration Testing.




- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday production issues.
- Support Workday releases, deployments, and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards.
