We are looking for a

Workday HCM Integration Architect to lead enterprise-scale integration architecture, design, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable, secure Workday integration solutions.

- Lead

Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect &

- APIs

.

- Drive integration architecture, governance, and best practices.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security &

- IT teams.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and solution guidance.

- Troubleshoot complex integrations and drive modernization.

Key Requirements

- 8–20 years of overall experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM Integration experience.

- Strong expertise in

Workday Studio, EIB, SOAP/REST APIs, Core Connectors &

- Report Writer

.

- Experience with integration platforms such as

MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services or Informatica

.

- Strong knowledge of

XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP, OAuth, SAML &

- JWT

.

- Experience with Workday HCM modules including

Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Perks &

- Payroll

.

- Workday Integration/Studio certification is preferred.
