WordPress Developer - Figma to WordPress & Elementor/Custom Coding

About the Role: DigiFills Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team in Valasaravakkam, Chennai. In this role, you will work closely with our UI/UX designers to bring high-converting landing pages and business websites to life. You must be capable of translating Figma UI designs into pixel-perfect, fully functional, and responsive WordPress websites, while also taking over and improving existing client websites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Figma to WordPress Conversion: Accurately transform UI/UX designs created in Figma into live, rapid-loading, and responsive WordPress websites.
- Website Development & Maintenance: Build new client websites, landing pages, and functional modules from scratch using WordPress.
- Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Take over existing WordPress codebases built by previous developers, troubleshoot issues, improve site speed, and handle ongoing feature updates.
- Plugin & Theme Integration: Custom configure themes, plugins, and custom code (HTML/CSS/JS/PHP) to match complex design layouts and client specifications.
- Performance & SEO Best Practices: Ensure all developed websites are optimized for mobile responsiveness, core web vitals, speed, and basic on-page SEO structures.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with UI/UX designers, content writers,



and the SEO team to ensure the final live website matches design intent and marketing conversion goals.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 0 to 3 years of hands-on WordPress development experience (Agency background preferred).

- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in converting Figma designs to WordPress.
- Strong proficiency with page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg) and custom theme/plugin customization.
- Solid command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
- Experience debugging, cleaning up, and improving existing WordPress sites built by other developers.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on matching pixel layouts, spacing, and typography from Figma files.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to quickly troubleshoot deployment errors, plugin conflicts, and performance bottlenecks.
