About the Role

Radha By Rapid Rashmi is looking for a WhatsApp Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and drive saree sales through WhatsApp and other digital communication channels.

The candidate will primarily interact with customers who enquire about our sarees, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, share product details, follow up with interested customers, and convert enquiries into sales.

This is a target-driven sales role. Calling is not the primary responsibility, but the candidate may occasionally speak with customers over the phone when required to close a sale or provide better assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp and other digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements such as saree type, budget, colour, occasion, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable sarees and share product photos, videos, prices, and details.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build a good relationship with customers and provide an excellent buying experience.
- Convince and assist customers who are hesitant or comparing products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers until the sale is closed.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and pending customers.
- Coordinate with the store, billing, dispatch,



and inventory teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate internally for quick resolution.
- Identify repeat customers and opportunities for additional sales.

Requirements

- Excellent Kannada communication skills are preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp for customer communication and sales.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and social media platforms.
- Previous experience in WhatsApp sales, inside sales, retail sales, customer support, or e-commerce sales will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working with sales targets.
- Should be confident, patient, persuasive, and customer-friendly.
- Saree/fashion retail experience will be an added advantage.

Women candidates are preferred.

Performance Metrics The candidate will be evaluated based on:

Compensation

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives

Salary can be discussed based on experience and sales performance.
