Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce or related field

ERP: SAP S/4HANA

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MSME Compliance qualified to manage MSME-related compliance, vendor payments, reconciliation and reporting while ensuring adherence to applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end MSME compliance and ensure adherence to applicable statutory requirements.
- Review vendor declarations and identify vendors registered under MSMED Act.
- Validate vendor invoices, payment terms and MSME classification.
- Monitor MSME payment timelines and ensure payments are processed within prescribed timelines.
- Prepare and maintain MSME-related reports, records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Finance and vendors for resolving MSME-related issues.
- Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve outstanding balances and discrepancies.
- Review GR/IR, invoice processing and payment-related issues.
- Support periodic MSME reporting and ensure data accuracy.




- Handle vendor queries related to payment status, MSME registration and outstanding amounts.
- Identify compliance gaps and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to MSME compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in MSME Compliance, Accounts Payable, P2P or Finance Operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of vendor payments, reconciliation and MSME payment regulations.
