Designation Subject Matter Expert
Work mode – Work from office
Skills & Experience Required - 5 – 8 years (Relevant in end to end WFM (RTA) should have hands on experience in tools like Avaya, Genesys, Verint, Nice, IEX. should have stakeholder management experience, CSAT, SLA)
Qualification- Any graduates and post graduates
Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)
Adaptable In shift – Night (24/7)
Notice period- Immediate – 30 Days 5 Days
Working 2 Days Off 2 Way Cabs
