The Role’s Mission As our Warehouse Senior Associate, you will serve as the second-in-command to the Warehouse Manager and act as a key driver of physical asset integrity.
Your mission is to support and maintain a zero-error storage ecosystem that scales seamlessly with our fast-growing business operations. Assisting in managing an inventory profile of over 2,000+ unique SKUs, you will bridge the gap between physical organization and digital precision. By executing our ERP inventory modules daily and upholding lean 5S disciplines on the floor, you ensure our supply chain operates with maximum accuracy, visibility, and efficiency.
The Role: System-Driven Execution & Floor Leadership This is an on-site position that demands both system execution and ground-level focus. Working directly alongside the Warehouse Manager, you will help oversee the lifecycle of Raw Materials (RAW), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG), while assisting in guiding warehouse associates to meet daily shipping and packing demands.
Key Outcomes (First 6 Months)
- ERP Warehouse Support: Assist the manager and systems vendor during deployment, testing, and stabilization of inventory modules in the ERP, maintaining 99%+ system-to-physical inventory accuracy.
- 5S Execution: Help roll out and maintain the plant-wide 5S mapping framework, ensuring all 2,000+ SKUs are sorted, dynamically labeled, and organized for picking.
- Fulfilment Velocity:
Support packing and shipping operations to help reduce order-to-dispatch turnaround times by 25% with zero packing errors.
Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory Management & SKU Integrity
- Support the secure storage, tracking, and maintenance of all Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RAW), and Semi-Finished Goods (SFG).
- Maintain accurate stock counts across 2,000+ unique SKUs by executing daily and weekly cycle counts to eliminate variances.
2. Lean 5S Workplace Maintenance
- Enforce and uphold strict 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all warehouse sections.
- Maintain agile labeling, cleanliness, and organization throughout the facility to ensure floor safety and spatial efficiency.
3. Dispatch, Packing & Operational Coordination
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in guiding, training, and working alongside warehouse associates during daily packing and shipping operations.
- Help assign floor tasks and coordinate workflows to manage high-volume month-end peaks smoothly.
4. Cross-Functional Support
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Sales) under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager to support scaling workflows and product launches.
5. ERP System Usage & Data Accuracy
- Serve as a key power user for ERP inventory, stock, and warehousing modules.
- Help map physical warehouse locations into the system, track digital reorder triggers, and maintain system entries to eliminate reliance on manual data logs.
6. Operational Tasks & Continuous Improvement
- Perform regular floor audits and execute assigned supply chain tasks or efficiency projects under manager direction.

- Ground-Level Floor Leader: You know how to guide, motivate, and maintain structural accountability among a ground-level workforce as second-in-command.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in warehouse and inventory operations, with hands-on experience handling high-SKU counts (1,500+ categories), preferably in electrical, electronics, or engineering manufacturing.
- Technical Mastery: Working knowledge of ERP Inventory/WMS modules (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Keka, Zoho, or similar platforms) and proficiency in Excel.
- Methodology: Practical experience implementing Lean/5S workflows on the warehouse floor.
- Language & Autonomy: Fluent in English and Hindi to report operational updates and convey instructions to the floor crew. Able to execute key tasks independently under the direction of the Warehouse Manager.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
