We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to manage key clients, drive operational excellence, and strengthen customer relationships across our logistics, warehouse, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Receiving, Put-away, Storage & Material Movement
- Achieve Dock-to-Stock Time Targets
- Ensure Inventory, Picking & Kit Accuracy
- Minimize Material-related Line Stops & Empty Bin Returns
- Maintain Safety Compliance & Safe Handling Practices
- Optimize Manpower, Productivity & Employee Utilization
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchase & Logistics
- Monitor daily Warehouse KPIs & Implement Corrective Actions

Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Relevant Qualification
- Experience in Warehouse / Logistics / Supply Chain domain
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in ERP / SAP, MS Excel & KPI reporting
- Strong focus on safety, accuracy, productivity
- Ability to work in shifts
