- Logistic Manager to lead packing, dispatch, logistics, packaging inventory, transport management, and team operations to ensure smooth material movement and cost-effective logistics at the unit level.

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- PG in Supply Chain preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted packing, dispatch planning, and packaging quality as per SOP.
- Maintain availability and control of packaging material
- SAP booking and physical verification.
- Manage outward dispatch, vehicle placement, documentation, and coordination with QA/Warehouse.
- Drive safety, hygiene, and shift-wise SOP adherence for workmen and drivers.
- Handle transport operations, GPS tracking, freight control, and rate negotiation.
- Lead contractor workforce, training, supervision, and discipline on shop floor.
- Monitor PM of packing machines and ensure machine readiness before shifts.
- Prepare MIS reports: GPS, detention, bonus/penalty, and logistics performance.
