- Handling customer queries via calls.

- Follow up on customer complaints until closure.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.

- Handle incoming/outgoing calls with empathy & resolve issues

- Selling product

- Achieve target

Preferred candidate profile

- Good Communication skills.

- Fresher's Experience both can apply.

- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

- Basic knowledge of computers and Excel

- Shift: (Rotational shift)
