Mandatory Requirements (How to Generate Your EPCN)
EPCN number is mandatory for interview eligibility.
Step 1: Visit https://ibegin.tcs.com/iBegin/
Step 2: Click on Login
Step 3: Click on New User (Register with Us)
Step 4: Select "BPO" under Areas of Interest and complete the registration process
Step 5: Upon successful registration, a TCS EP Number will be generated (Format: EP2025XXXX)
Step 6: You will receive the EP Number on your registered personal email ID
Eligibility
- Minimum 15 years of regular full time education (10+2+3)
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- Candidates must have a valid EP Number
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning and SCM Operations
The Associate - Supply Planning (SCM) will be responsible for supporting supply planning activities by analyzing supply-demand requirements,
managing material replenishment, monitoring inventory availability, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations. The role requires strong planning, analytical, and ERP system expertise to drive operational efficiency and business continuity.

- Review exception messages generated by ERP systems and take appropriate action.
- Analyze supply and demand requirements to ensure material availability.
- Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream Supply Chain teams for planning and execution activities.
- Raise material requirements in the system through internal or external sourcing channels.
- Monitor overdue receipt reports and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Coordinate with Expeditors to obtain overdue Purchase Order status and expedite deliveries.
- Identify and resolve supply chain exceptions and planning issues.
- Report and escalate critical supply chain issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and publish Supply/Demand balance reports.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels and prevent stock-outs or over-ordering situations.
