Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Support Consultant to provide application support, enhancements, configuration, and maintenance for global HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, data management, workflows, security, and integrations while ensuring seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within SLA timelines.
- Configure and maintain Employee Central components, workflows, and business rules.
- Manage Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and organizational structures.
- Support data uploads, mass changes, and validation activities.
- Coordinate with HR stakeholders for requirement gathering and issue resolution.
- Perform system testing, regression testing, and release management activities.
- Support integration monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Prepare functional specifications and support documentation.
- Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and governance standards.

Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of overall SAP HCM/HR experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
- Experience in Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagements.
- Experience supporting global HR processes and multinational organizations.
- Exposure to multiple SuccessFactors release cycles.
