About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, manage the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end store operations and sales performance.
- Drive achievement of monthly sales and business targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to improve productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor store KPIs, conversion, productivity, and team performance.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, billing, and store hygiene.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, processes, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback.
- Coordinate with Area Managers and internal teams for smooth store operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store team members.

Eligibility
- Graduate: Minimum 4 years of retail sales experience.
- 12th Pass: Minimum 6 years of relevant retail sales experience.




- Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Department Manager.
- Robust communication, leadership, customer handling, and team management skills.
- Candidates from retail, fashion, lifestyle, consumer durables, telecom, jewellery, or similar customer-facing industries are preferred.

Mandatory Training
- Selected candidates will undergo 22 days of functional training at Lenskart Academy, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
- Training includes product knowledge, sales process, customer service, eye testing, and store operations.
- Salary starts from Day 1 of training.
- Candidates need to arrange their own accommodation/PG during training.

Compensation CTC: Up to 7 LPA + performance-based incentives of 8,000–20,000 per month.

Work Conditions

- 6 days working with rotational weekly off.
- 8–9 hours shift.
- Comfortable working on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- Customer-facing and standing role.
