We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis, data manipulation, and advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge of SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in working with large datasets, data cleansing, transformation, and reporting. Proficiency in Pandas and NumPy is mandatory, as these tools will be extensively used for data processing, analytical modeling, and automation.

The candidate should be capable of identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and developing efficient data-driven solutions to support business decisions. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with business, product, and operations stakeholders to understand analytical requirements.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Analyze unstructured text data like user feedback, chatbot transcripts, and survey responses.
- Apply text analytics and ML-based techniques (supervised and unsupervised) for insights.
- Design data science solutions and select SQL or Python strategies based on data volume, complexity, and use case.
- Design innovative workarounds and alternate analytical strategies when faced with tool, model, or dataset limitations.
- Translate complex analyses into explicit stories and strategic recommendations for management, ensuring all methodologies and assumptions are transparently documented.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 3+ years of relevant experience as data analyst is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to hold fluent conversations with stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria: Candidates applying for this role must provide valid employment proof for their previous experience, including:

- Experience letters from previous employers.




- Relieving letters (where applicable).
- Government-issued identification documents.
- Active PF (Provident Fund) contribution records corresponding to the claimed work experience.
- All documents must be genuine and verifiable through background verification.
