Proven experience managing S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects

- Solid knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Waterfall frameworks
- Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation Go-Live)
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Exposure to SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities*
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery
- Define and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy
- Manage project governance, reporting,



and status tracking
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans
- Oversee budget, resource allocation, and financial tracking
- Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)
- Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT) and quality assurance
- Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support
- Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Manage vendor and partner relationships
- Ensure successful change management and user adoption
